Just took this listing – expecting it to go pretty quickly given the area, the schools and the fact that it’s in a great location at the end of a cul-de-sac with its own driveway long enough to park a couple of cars (before you ask, most homes in this specific community have shorter shared driveways and not a lot of guest parking.  This home is definitely at an advantage in the parking situation).  We think it’d be awesome for someone looking for a reasonably-priced home zoned for great schools and some nice space inside.  Without further ado, here it is (if it’s not showing up yet, it’s because we JUST listed it and it’s probably making its way through the pipeline):

Over the past few days you may have noticed our site has been a little, well, funky.  As we’ve grown, we realized that we need to move the site off the home server (turnkey linux wordpress virtual machine running on whitebox vmware ESXi for all the techies out there) onto a real hosting platform so we can offer more reliable service.  Unfortunately, it took a couple of days to iron out all the kinks and get things set up again and for that we apologize.  On a brighter note, your experience buying or selling a home in Las Vegas shouldn’t be threatened by toddlers poking at the blinky lights in my office any more…

We just took this listing up in Centennial in the northwest part of town. It’s a short sale (aha, NOW we get the pun!) of a great 2BR condo and we’re trying to find a lucky buyer before the owner has to cope with all the registered mail and notices taped to their door that we see all too often around the Valley these days.
